Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is a vital lifesaving skill that everyone should be trained in. With CPR training, you can increase the chances of survival for a loved one who suffers a sudden cardiac arrest. The Authority provides CPR training to individuals or groups who are interested or required to be trained in this skill.
In addition, we provide training in the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), a device that has been proven to dramatically improve the chances of survival of anyone who suffers a sudden cardiac arrest.
With AEDs being placed in public places such as schools, airports and large venues, knowing how to use one is a valuable asset to loved ones, friends and strangers.
